Description of the goods or services required

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the construction of 1 x 1 bed and 2 x 2 bed bungalows at Ffordd Lligwy, Moelfre with associated landscaping works, as per the guidance given in the tender documentation.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

Successful bidders will be required to provide 30 weeks work placement/experience. Community benefit will be equivalent to 0.25% of the contract value.
