The Welsh Blood Service is seeking to appoint a market research company to gather the opinions of donors across Wales on the factors that contribute to an individual becoming and remaining a blood donor.

Specifically, the Service wishes to understand the factors within its control that could contribute to improved donor experience and increased efficiency in the collection of blood.
