Asbestos Removal Services

Description of the goods or services required

Procurement of asbestos removal contractors to undertake works on an ad-hoc basis. The majority of the works will be assisting our Planned Works teams when undertaking kitchen & bathroom replacements and changing/installing ceiling lights and smoke/heat detectors.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The contract will cover the counties in which ClwydAlyn operate within.

The estimated the total annual value of the contract is £60-80k across both contract Lots. Based off ClwydAlyn's property portfolio, it is expected around 40% of this value to be spent in Lot 1: Anglesey, Conwy & Denbighshire, with 60% of the estimated value in Flintshire, Wrexham & Powys.

Contractors must hold all relevant accreditation and qualifications to undertake safe removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials.
