The Medicentre central roof atrium consists of a polycarbonate sheet roof with glazing bars c/w rubber seals internally and externally to all four sides.
The works consist of completely removing the existing polycarbonate roofing system including all glazing bars, trims, seals and ridge capping and all timber wall plates and remove from site and to install a new polycarbonate or glass roof light system, including glazing bars, ridge capping and timber wall plates
