Appointment of Recruitment Consultant: Four Authority Corporate Leadership Team roles

Description of the goods or services required

As part of a wider Change Programme aimed at transforming the the Authority’s impact in delivering outcomes which tackle the twin emergencies of climate change and biodiversity loss, the Authority is seeking to appoint a consultant to manage and deliver all aspects of the recruitment of a team of talented and creative individuals into its newly formed Corporate Leadership Team to support the CEO in leading the programme of transformational change. Four new roles are being recruited:

Head of Landscapes and Nature Recovery

Head of People and Communities

Head of Funding and Business Development

Head of Corporate Services

Full advertisement and recruitment process of four senior management roles. The Authority employs approximately 100 full-time equivalent staff. Its new Corporate Leadership team will consist of the Chief Executive plus five senior managers.
