Abstract
Newport City Homes are setting up a Framework Agreement over four years to carry out identified external works typically involving the following but not limited to:
• Reinstatement / renewal of existing footpaths
• Re-surfacing of former garage areas to Streets / areas
• Supply and installation of handrails to footpaths and steps
• Supply and installation of knee rail (both timber and galvanised metal) to grass verges
• Supply and installation of fencing, gates and railings (palisade, timber, galvanised and the like) to boundaries etc.
• Clearance and maintenance of water courses
• Rebuilding and maintenance of existing retaining walls
