II.1.4) Short description
Welsh Government will shortly be commencing a procurement exercise for the delivery of the Jobs Growth Wales+ (JGW+) Programme Framework Agreement to provide support to young people who are not in education, employment or training.
Through individualised support the JGW+ Programme will equip young people aged 16 to 18 years with skills, qualifications, work experience and subsidised work to enable them to progress to learning at a higher level, an apprenticeship or into sustained employment at the earliest opportunity.
The JGW+ Framework will commence on 1 March 2022 and run for 4 years until March 2026 (with the option of an extension of up to 2 additional years).
Before the tender is published we will be holding an online event at 9:45 am on 25 November 2020. The event will last for about an hour and you will hear information on policy background, funding allocations and the tender process.
