Qualifications Wales wishes to award a three-year contract for the provision of Online Recruitment Advertising with an option to extend for up to a further twelve months.

Our Requirement

• Advertisement content written by an Account Manager, which will require our approval. We would like content to be drafted within two working days of notification of vacancy and would normally expect online adverts to be live within one working day of content being approved.

• Access to a range of job boards, including premium sites and Welsh language publications/sites. We currently promote on a range of general sites which can include, Indeed, fish4 jobs, totaljobs, LinkedIn Golwg, Lleol, Safle Swyddi.

• Industry specific job board advertising, When recruiting for a specific profession we may wish to access sites that represent these bodies, e.g. CIPFA, Times Educational Supplement, FE Jobs as well as popular recruitment sites such as the Guardian.

• The ability to link to our recruitment pages from job sites for applicants to submit our application form.

• Bilingual advertisement (Welsh and English).

• Social media support, e.g. advertisement through LinkedIn. We currently manage promotion on Twitter and our Facebook sites including content internally or via our PR/social media contract.

• An advertisement period of up to 4 weeks

• The ability to advertise multiple appointments in one advertisement

• Qualifications Wales branding on recruitment pages.

• Management Information on hits to adverts on external sites and where possible statistics where applicants clicked through to application.
