New Build - Ice Cream Production premises and internal workings

Description of the goods or services required

Expansion of Chilly Cow's on site core production facility through provision and installation of new production facility

This project is split into two individual areas for tender, the first being our production facility followed by the specialist production equipment : Upon interest being submitted we will send the schedule in order to quote effectively.

The project is made up of the following items

LOT 1

1. Groundwork

- Excavation of site and preparation for foundation build as per commissioned drawings

2. Foundation and base slab in line with requirements

- To complete foundations and build of base slab as per plan requirements set out in preparation for steel portal frame

3. Main building construction

- Steel Portal frame with roofing to specification laid out in plan

4. Provide and construct external and internal walls to plans specified

5. Resin flooring throughout new building in line with hygiene requirement for a food production facility

6.Provision and installation of external doors and windows as per plans specified

7. Provision and installation of hygiene board in high priority areas of production

8. provision and installation of large walk in freezer

9. Electrical installation throughout according to requirements

10. water installation throughout according to requirements

11. Supply and installation of external Guttering and drainage

12. Supply and Installation of solar panel requirements for roof

LOT 2

1. Installation and commission of new continuous ice cream production plant equipment

Contractors submitting interest for this must have all relevant experience and qualification to undertake the project and will be assigned Principal designer and primary contractor for the project and must adhere to the Design and Management regulations(2015)
