Abstract
The Works are focused on the provision of a new lift located in the Restaurant and the replacement of the existing lift to provide two new lifts.
The works in this package comprises the provision of 2 new MRL lifts. The works are to be programmed in 2 phases. Phase 1 is the provision of an additional lift in Shaft A and Phase 2 is the replacement of the existing lift in Shaft B. The new MRL lifts will serve floors 01,02 and 04 in the Cathays Park building of NMW. The works are to include all localised builders work and M&E services for the operation of the lifts
