Abstract

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of over 18,000 street lights and all illuminated signs. This includes approximately 6,000 street lights which are owned by Community Councils. Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to appoint a single contractor to carry out structural testing of Street Lighting Columns. Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of over 18,000 street lights and all illuminated signs. This includes approximately 6,000 street lights which are owned by Community Councils.

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to appoint a single contractor to carry out structural testing of Street Lighting Columns. The testing will take place every 12 months or as and when instructed by the authority.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The proposed duration of the contract will be two (2) years from the date of the relevant agreement (the Term). It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st April 2021.

The Authority shall have the right to extend any individual contracts for the services specified for two (2) further twelve (12) month periods.

2. Express an Interest in the tender.

Click on the relevant PQQ/ITT to access the content.

Click on the PQQ/ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.

3. Responding to the tender.
