External Wall Fire Review and Certification

Pobl Group are seeking to Instruct a recognised charted member of IFE or the RICS to conduct a fire-risk assessment on the external wall systems of 4 properties in Swansea, each of property is 18m or over.

On completion of the assessment and an accredited signed EWS1 form will be supplied for each property along with a completed report of the required industry standard in relation to the fire-risk assessment on the external wall system.

An original signed EWS1 form and electronic copy are to be supplied for each building.

Electronic copies of all survey work and findings from the assessment are to be provided for each building.

Assessments will need to be conducted as soon as possible, please make us aware of your availability.

All buildings are occupied and there will be limited access to internal areas. Where internal access is required this will need to be notified 7 days in advance.
