Description of the goods or services required

Conwy County Borough Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the contract for:

Douglas Road, Colwyn Bay. LL29 7PE - Proposed Refurbishment.

Consisting of external and internal refurbishment of the property, including existing areas of the roof covering are to be replaced with new slate roof covering installed, window repairs, new automatically operated entrance doors.

Internally installation of new solid floors, thermal improvements to walls and ceiling, installation of new WC facilities including a fully accessible hoist room, new underfloor heating, electrical, lighting, fire and CCTV systems. External areas to be upgraded including forming a children's play area to the right hand side.

g) Moisture remedial works.

h) Mechanical and electrical replacement.
