Abstract

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are looking for a suitable qualified contract to undertake refurbishment of residential flats 8/11/12, common corridors and stairwells to Llys Y Cerios to include new kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, flooring, windows, main entrance doors and decoration. Removal of existing asbestos textured ceilings, installation of new swipe access doors to main entrance and new external doors to plant room. External rendering and replacement of rainwater goods and install new plastic facia. The full details are outlined with the tender documents attached within Bravo.
