Description of the goods or services required
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to replace the existing Protec Fire Alarm system, located at Trivallis’ head office – Ty Pennant, Mill Street, Pontypridd, CF37 2SW.
Trivallis have specified an Open Protocol Advanced panel system MX Pro 5 with Hotchiki or Appolo devices dependant on availability.
The system is to be replaced on a like for like basis with the addition of smoke detectors to the top of all riser cupboards.
The car park adjacent to the offices, is to be independent to the main office and have its own system provided with its own Dual Com monitoring system.
There is a requirement for the Facilities department to be able to activate the Car Park alarm remotely from the main office if required.
The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.
This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
