Abstract

Swansea Council is seeking experienced external support to deliver a ‘meanwhile spaces’ project across Swansea, up to mid November 2024. This project will complement the major regeneration programme underway in Swansea City Centre, including the new Copr Bay development with Digital Arena, and deliver against the actions in the Swansea Economic Recovery Action Plan, to utilise vacant spaces for meanwhile uses, facilitate pop up activities and support new business startups.
