Abstract
Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) were developing a strategy to develop Health & Wellbeing Hub Support. The proposed site is located at Llandrillo College, Llandudno Road, Rhos-on-Sea, Colwyn Bay. Post Code: LL28 4HZ.
The Authority required a Transport Consultant to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment to identify the effects of the proposed new development on the traffic network and mitigate any adverse effects on the traffic flow and congestion.
