Abstract

Blaenau Gwent CBC are looking to appoint a reputable company to provide an interim evaluation of the Blaenau Gwent Effect Programme. This project is funded by the Welsh Government and the purpose of the evaluation is to build a case for the further funding and sustainability of the programme. The successful company will be expected to have some knowledge of Welsh Funding policies and also what the primary purpose of the Blaenau Gwent Effect programme entails. Some of the tasks the successful company will be expected to provide are - Collect qualitative data via interviews from both members of the Effect management team, clients, business support providers etc Assess outcomes Identify critical success factors. Deadline for submissions is 5/11/2014
