Provision of Fire Risk Assessment Services (FRA)

CCG currently has 214 blocks with communal areas, that require a Fire Risk Assessment, which are a mix of general purpose flats (purpose built and converted buildings) and sheltered accommodation. CCG have also a further 13 properties that require a Fire Risk Assessment and comprise offices, depots and community houses.
