Abstract

The Isle of Anglesey Council’s Waste Management Section (the “Council”) wishes to appoint an external contractor (the “Contractor”) to distribute a new hessian type Recycling Pouch and Instruction Leaflet by mail to every household across Anglesey. The Council requires the Contractor to mail the Recycling Pouch and Instruction Leaflet to individual households across Anglesey using a database of households which will be supplied following contract award. Please see the Specification document for further information. Tenders should be submitted via the sell2wales postbox by the 2nd of November.
