Abstract
The Social Business Growth Fund (SBGF) is a fund operated by the Social Investment Cymru team in Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) and is designed as a response to the need to support social businesses in Wales financially so that they can grow and create job opportunities. SBGF is funded through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
SBGF is required to undertake a programme of monitoring and evaluation, which includes the appointment of an independent external evaluator. An inception, mid-term and final evaluation reports are required.
