Surface Contact Profilometer to the ICS Clean Room

Description of the goods or services required

A Surface Profilometer is required by the ICS Clean Room to facilitate measurement of deposited film thicknesses on compound semiconductors, silicon and other substrate materials. The profilometer will also be used to measure flatness and stress of thin deposited films.
