Abstract

The Welsh Government wishes to commission a forward looking study that identifies innovative and pragmatic options which takes into account world wide best practice to inform the delivery of Entrepreneurship and business support services in Wales from 2020 onwards. The specific requirements are to address the following research questions under three core headings: • Understanding the market place and Rationale for Government intervention. • Supporting Government priorities. • Shaping future service delivery.
