Abstract
Menter Mon will appoint a consultant to support it in the proposed development of a tidal array project in the Morlais Demonstration Zone off the coast of Anglesey which engagement will require services that will include providing advice and deliverables with respect to:
1.Consent and Consent Management
2.The specification of procurement briefs for consent and other services
3.Technical matters relating to turbine technology, rollout and connectivity
4. Financial analyses in support of the business plan
5.Assessment of change impact in the project management timeline
6.To assist the SRO and Project Manager in implementing aspects of work which require elements of research and development which have few precedents
