Abstract

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The works will improve the existing highway layout at the junction of the A548 Foryd Road and St Asaph Avenue in Kinmel Bay to

improve traffic flows and bus movements.

The works involve carriageway widening and resurfacing, associated

drainage works, improvements to existing traffic signals/ street lighting infrastructure and the provision of footway improvements for pedestrians and cyclists, in line with Active Travel Wales guidance.
