Design, supply and implementation of a new light artwork for the railway tunnel between Hood Road and Broad Street in Barry town centre.

The council is looking for lighting companies and suppliers collaborating with a light artist to create a bespoke and site specific lighting design. Such design should produce a bright and welcoming two-way route for pedestrians between Barry waterfront and the town’s dining and shopping area.
