Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) is in the final stages of securing the former Western Vale Integrated Children’s Centre from the Vale of Glamorgan Council. As part of the process of bringing a much loved community asset back to life, GVS is intending to offer the Day Nursery element of the building on a leasehold basis and is now inviting expressions of interest. This is a great opportunity for you to help us re-establish Day Nursery provision and ‘wrap around’ service at this fantastic location and to be a key part of our exciting future plans for CF61!

The Day Nursery was purpose-built with the support of Lottery funding in 2005. The building is in excellent condition and it represents a superb opportunity for an experienced provider to re-establish full day nursey provision and wrap-around care. The headline details are as follows:

• Guide rental £30,000 per annum (Leasehold) excluding costs of utilities – open to negotiation.

• Previously registered for 42 places. However, the available floor area has been reduced (see plans below) and the number of places that might be registered will be less than this as a result.

• Centrally located in the busy town of Llantwit Major in heart of the Vale of Glamorgan.

• Adjoins St Illtyd Primary School and Nursery.
