ateb Group are seeking to issue a contract for the Provision of a Fire Door Audit and Condition Survey to a suitably certified professional to provide ateb Group with the following:

•Audit and document all details of the fire doors, closers and ironmongery

•Inspect all fire doors and report on their condition, giving each a RAG risk rating.

•Provide costs to repair or replace non-compliant or damaged doors.

•Manage remedial works as agreed with ateb

•Create a Health & Safety and Operating & Maintenance file to include a detailed future Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme/regime with associated costs.
