Highlight Park - Roots and Old Fence Posts in Existing Bark Mulch Surfacing.
Please be aware there are some tree roots and old fence post/foundations within the existing bark mulch of the play area. These will need to be removed without adversely affecting the trees as part of the Contractors works to accomodate the new play area surfacing/design as proposed. The Contractor will also need to include in their price the instalation of an appropriate root barrier to prevent the roots encroaching on the site in the future and to protect the new surfacing.
