II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Wales National Pool Swansea (“WNPS”) and Swansea University (“SU”) have appointed a framework supplier for the provision of a Leisure Management System and Access Control for a period of 4 years with scope to enter into a call-off contract for a term of up to 6 years at WNPS and SU discretion. The potential for a 6 year call-off is to provide that WNPS and SU retrieve value from potentially significant up-front costs.
This will be a framework agreement awarded to a single source supplier.
The supplier will provide a range of leisure management software solutions, supply and install access control equipment, cloud hosting and annual support and warranty services.
The provision is to meet the requirements at two sites; Swansea University International Sport Village and Swansea University Bay Campus.
