Description of the goods or services required

Qualifications Wales (QW) wishes to award a contract to a Supplier for an Integrated Communications, PR, Marketing and External Relation service to support strategic and impactful communications.

We want to grow and thrive as an organisation, to support learners to continue to receive grades they deserve and take stakeholders with us on a journey in a fast-moving environment. Over the next few years as we continue to face new challenges, we want to develop more integrated communications, PR and marketing campaigns to generate media interest, influencing and changing opinion and behaviour through effective PR and activity.

-development of a comprehensive communications and engagement campaign to support various projects.

-PR support and planning

-digital storytelling

-development of a plan for each stage of the project at the appropriate time

-development of a brand/ refresh the existing brand

-creation of video / review existing video content

-creation of infographics and other explainers

-promotional activities

-development of appropriate tone of voice – dependent on message and audience

-events support – Staging, PA system

-management of blogs

-creating content

-monitoring overall campaign impact

-identifying new marketing opportunities / partner opportunities

-creation of podcasts

-proof-reading service

-social-media support

-advice on how to improve search engine optimisation

-media training

-advice on crisis communications

We intend to award a Framework Agreement for a period of 12 months commencing December 2020 with the option to extend for up to three further periods of 12 months each subject to a maximum spend over the Agreement period of £147,000 including VAT
