Ucheldre invites tenders for a full Design Team as set out in Document 3 Scope of Service for design services RIBA Plan of Work Stages 3 to 6. The stage 3 brief requires the chosen Design Team to develop the existing Feasibility Study to the completion of RIBA Stage 3 requirements including the submission and achievement of the planning consent.

Design Team to progress the scheme through to the completion of RIBA Plan of Works Stage 3 Developed Design. The continuation of the project beyond Stage 3 is subject to conditions including but not limited to;

• satisfactory completion of Stage 3,

• achievement of planning permission,

• sufficient funding being secured for the remainder of the project beyond Stage 3,

• the final main contract procurement strategy, and

• any other matters.
