Leadership Tender Update
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for submitting your tenders for our leadership development partnership. The responses have been overwhelming and I am in receipt of over 20 submissions, which is fantastic! What this means though is that it is going to take slightly longer than originally anticipated to undertake our evaluation process. Leadership Tender Update
Hi Everyone,
Please accept my apologies for the continued delay. We have a handful of tender submissions left to evaluate and aim to take forward a maximum of 7 suppliers to the next stage. We are anticipating selection interviews being held on December 18th and it is our intention to be in touch individually by early next week.

Leadership Tender Next Steps
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for tendering for Taff’s leadership development piece. As you know, we had an overwhelming response and have been delighted with the quality of submissions. It has been a very enjoyable, yet challenging exercise to evaluate all 22 tenders and we have been at pains to ensure we have been as thorough and robust as possible. It took us considerably longer than we anticipated and I sincerely apologise for the delay with this. If you have not already received a personal invitation from me for meet and greets on the 18th December, I am afraid we will not be taking your submission any further.
Our evaluation criteria was based upon a number of factors; methodology, experience, quality and cost. We would be happy to provide individual feedback in the New Year if you would like to drop me a personal e-mail after the Christmas break, Helen and I would be happy to provide more detail. We wish you a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2021.
