The University requires a high-dimensional flow cytometer with the following specifications:-
The installation and maintenance plan should include a PQ (performance qualification) and an OQ (operational qualification).
The equipment should have at least a 5 laser configuration and one of the lasers must be a UV laser.
There should be an indication of the number of fluorochromes that can be detected off each of the lasers.
The instrument should have the ability to measure at least 21 parameters.
The ability to run samples from 96- and 384-well plates is an important functionality that is essential.
Evidence should be provided to indicate how quality control is achieved with the instrument.
Individual user accounts should be able to be created.
The instrument should have capacity for a large amount of data storage and the capability to easily back up data.
