Abstract

PTI Cymru Ltd is seeking a provider to supply, install and support a robust contact centre and telephony solution to support the Contact Centres in North Wales and the Head Office in Cardiff with a “work at home/office” hybrid solution that can flex to the changing business needs. It is important that we find a supplier who not only has experience in the solution provision but also is willing to work with us to develop and deliver an innovative service that will improve our service delivery and help us help our customers.
