Abstract

The Council's current Framework Agreements for the Occasional Hire of Plant with Operator and Recovery Vehicles are due to expire and therefore Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC) sought to establish a new Framework of contractors to commence in November 2021. The Council anticipated appointing three (3) Contractors for each item of plant on ranked basis. The Framework is split into the following lots: Lot 1 – Miscellaneous Plant Hire with Operator Lot 2 – Recovery Vehicles Tenderers could bid for one or both lots.
