Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council wishes to procure a ‘Block Contract’ arrangement with a single Provider to provide a Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) registered two bed residential home utilising a property owned by the Council for Children and Young People aged 7 to 17 with high levels of complex and challenging behaviours, as detailed in the Contract documents.
