Minimum standards and qualification required

Interested parties must:

Be able to meet the specification and requirements as identified in the ITT document.

Meet the deadlines for the recruitment in relation to timescales.

Demonstrate delivery on recruitment projects of a similar nature.

Hold the relevant levels of insurance:

• Employers Liability £10 million

• Public Liability £5million

• Professional Indemnity £5million

Confirm adherence to the USW Terms and Conditions as enclosed with this tender.

Your tender submission will be evaluated in line with the following criteria and weightings:

• Perceived quality (including experience, expertise, presentation, review and analysis - 60%

• Costs – 30%

• Timescales – 10%

All queries are to take place within the portal via the Q & A function associated to this notice.

The deadline for queries is Midday, Thursday 3rd November 2022.
