Abstract
Welsh Government policy supports local ownership of energy projects to deliver local benefit. Menter Môn are developing several projects including tidal and hydrogen, and are also in discussions with developers of solar projects to become a part owner. The aim is to maximise local benefit through part ownership.
The HoT's have been agreed with the developer, however we are now moving to the investment agreement. We therefore require legal support to ensure that Menter Môn and the wider community maximise the impact of the arrangement.
