Research on Empty Properties in Town Centres for Small Businesses

Description of the goods or services required

The Welsh Government wishes to commission a research project to understand small businesses processes and experiences for finding business premises in Wales. This will include understanding existing sources and mechanisms currently available for businesses to access properties in Wales and how these might be improved.

Evidence from this research will inform future policy development in relation to the Programme for Government commitment outlined above.
