This tender is for the provision of payment collection services for Bridgend County Borough Council to allow its customers to make their payments of Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR), Miscellaneous Income and Housing Benefit Overpayments. The Payment Collection System provided by the successful Tenderer shall be as widespread and convenient as possible in order for the general public to make their payments to the Council.
