Delivery before 31st March 2024.
A one year warranty is required as a minimum.
The available budget for this requirement is £102,000.00 excluding VAT.

Additional Information
The Cardiff Catalysis Institute (CCI) has recently established an Electron Microscope Facility located in the Translational Research Hub (TRH) at Cardiff University’s new Innovation Campus on Maindy Road. The facility houses Wales’ first and only aberration-corrected analytical electron microscope capable of operating in TEM and STEM modes with in-situ capability. The closed-cell in-situ systems currently operating in the facility have proven susceptible to carbon-based contamination during imaging, and therefore we are seeking equipment to remove carbonaceous species from our TEM samples.
This is an invitation to tender for a plasma cleaner for electron microscopy holders/samples.
