Description of the goods or services required

This is an invitation to tender for work developing and delivering new, fit for purpose digital continuing professional development (CPD) courses for the creative and cultural industries in Wales. This work will consist of three separate strands.

- Development of short digital CPD courses for the creative and cultural industries in Wales.

- Delivery of these courses in Wales

- Development of online digital CPD courses that can be accessed through Creative & Cultural digital skills portal.

Notice Coding and Classification

Total quantity or scope of tender

The maximum amount available for organisations to tender for in this instance is £18,000 inclusive of VAT. Payment will be split upon the delivery of each milestone.

The costs must be split in the following way:

- £9000 for the development of short, face to face digital CPD courses

- £3000 for the development of online digital skills courses

- £6000 for the delivery of short, face to face digital CPD courses

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

We welcome both independent and collaborative proposals from individuals and organisations that can demonstrate the following profile/experience:

- A knowledge of the training and CPD landscape for the creative and cultural industries in Wales

- A proven track record in developing and delivering training

- The ability to work during the indicated timetable (see timings section).

- A commitment to diversity and equality.

- A commitment to operating in Welsh in Wales.

CVs should be included for all people involved in the project.
