New works/services, constituting a repetition of existing works/services and ordered in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive
Explanation:
To extend the Council's insurance policies for a 6 month period in order to change the annual renewal date from 1st October to 1st April each year to align with all other insurances. A tender exercise will then be undertaken via the National Procurement Service (NPS) framework to award a contract from 1st April 2017.
