Further to a number of queries with regards to the number of levels per lift, we wish to clarify the following:
Plas Mawr - 3 levels
Cwrt Severn - 4 levels
Trevor Bowen House - 2 levels
Radstock Court - 3 levels
Davis Court - 3 levels
Nant Y Pia House - 3 levels

For clarification, we require you to submit costs for both basic and comprehensive service visits, and provide details of what is included within these service agreements within your tender.
We will shortly add a new document allowing you to provide a cost for this.
