Qualifications Wales wishes to award a contract for economic research and consultancy on the services provided and fees charged by awarding bodies offering GCSEs and A levels in Wales.

Qualifications Wales has allocated an indicative budget for this work, and we estimate the resource days required to complete it would be between 25 and 40.

Will include interviews with examinations officers and a senior member of staff in 3-5 centres in Wales (which may require Welsh Medium interviewers)

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The successful supplier will be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate DBS clearance is in place before commencing work in centres. The supplier will also need to make arrangement for Welsh-medium interviews required by centres. You will be asked, if shortlisted to the Presentation stage, to confirm your arrangements.
