Abstract

Linc is seeking a fee bid from a suitable lead consultant to create a master plan for a strategic site Linc owns in Bridgend town centre. A multi-use health and social care building is planned for the site together with a range of residential accommodation and will create a Wellness Village in the heart of the town. We expect bidders to informally engage their own design teams to support their bid. We welcome this. It should however be noted that the current bid process relates to lead consultant only.

Linc received a topo survey for the site today and I have proceeded to upload it to the portal for bidders to access.
