Abstract
Celtic Leisure requires a firm to provide an external audit service with effect from 1st December 2017. Description of the goods or services required
Celtic Leisure requires a firm to provide an external audit service with effect from 1st December 2017. This date coincides with the start of the annual audit cycle and the successful tenderer will undertake the 2017/18 audit, the preparation of the Trustees Annual Report and Statutory Accounts and provide Audit Services to ensure that the correct management of the charities financial objectives is met.

The audit firm must have an established and demonstrable standing within the charity sector and be able to offer a high level of experience and expertise. The work is of a specialised nature, and so general audit experience is not sufficient.
