Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to work on internal and some external decoration of communal areas in 84 communal blocks and 5 sheltered complexes.

The Contractor is required to carry out all preparation works, including repairs prior to painting.

The project involves internal and part external decoration of communal areas in 84 communal blocks and 5 sheltered complexes.

The contractor is required to remove and refit all fire signage, notice boards etc. to enable the works to be completed.

The appointed contractor will be required to carry out all works to current building regulations and health and safety standards.
