Abstract

Objectives • Oversight of and (if required) input to the internal evaluation documents to be used during the delivery of the project. This will take place at the beginning of the project to ensure the project team is collecting appropriate data for a full and proper evaluation of the activities. • One draft impact evaluation report due June/July 2021 • One final impact evaluation report due July/August 2021 – to include case studies exemplifying the experiences of participating organisations. The report will need to show if, and to what extent, the project has met its identified targets and outcomes. • Regular progress reports to the Catalyst Project Manager when the evaluation is active (schedule to be agreed at the Inception Meeting). • Option to present the findings of the final report to the Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage Advisory Group • Compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation, with particular reference to the use and storage of participant details. The main outcomes for this project are for improved knowledge and confidence, within participating organisations, in areas including governance, fundraising and marketing. The intended longer-term impacts are that: • the organisations responsible for Wales’ heritage will be better managed. • the trustees, staff and volunteers responsible for Wales’ heritage will have developed skills. • heritage organisations will be more resilient and financially sustainable. Any evaluation report will be expected to report to what extent the project has achieved these outcomes for the organisations supported
